As a business traveler who travels back and forth to Xi'an Aerospace City all year round, I have stayed at Tianyu Fields International Hotel Xi'an no less than seven times. From a stranger who checked in for the first time, to now that all the front desk staff can call out my surname, the most touching thing about this hotel is never the luxurious decoration, but the first-class service hidden in every detail, which makes people feel at ease to the bone.
Last time I arrived in Xi'an on an early flight, it was only 5 o'clock in the morning when I landed, which was a full seven hours earlier than the regular check-in time. I had already prepared to sit on the sofa in the lobby for two hours and wait for my room. Unexpectedly, Angela at the front desk saw me dragging my suitcase and looked tired. She just smiled and said that she had tidied up my room before and could check in without waiting. She also handed me a cup of warm red date ginger tea and said that seeing me covered in dust, she wanted to warm up first. Later on, I found out that the day before, they saw my reservation note stating "early flight arrival" and specially coordinated with the housekeeping department in advance to prioritize cleaning my room, without making me wait for an extra minute.
After checking in, the details were even more attentive. I casually mentioned to the concierge that I would go to the industrial park for a full day's meeting the next day. There was no time to eat breakfast. In the evening, a staff sent the packed breakfast box to the door of my room. There were not only my favorite meat buns and hot soybean milk, but also two small bags of local special Dim sum, saying that I could cushion my stomach if I was hungry during the meeting. Once, I carelessly left my car keys in the parking lot without realizing it. It was discovered by a security guard during a patrol, who checked my check-in records and personally delivered the keys to my room. He also repeatedly confirmed whether my next day's itinerary was affected, showing no signs of impatience throughout the entire process.
Even during the busiest time of the job, the service was not discounted at all. Last time the hotel hosted a large wedding banquet, the lobby was bustling with people coming and going. I had to print an urgent meeting document at the last minute, thinking it would take a long time. Seeing my urgency, the front desk staff put down their work and prioritized helping me organize and print the documents. They also helped me bind them neatly. When I returned to the hotel after working late at night, the front desk would remind me that tonight's free supper had just been prepared. It was just the health preserving Congee and the oily noodles I had just cooked. Even if I just mentioned that I wanted to eat sour, the chef specially added a spoonful of vinegar to me.
What surprised me the most was their ability to "remember guests' habits". After staying for two or three times, they remembered my habit of not drinking cold drinks and having higher pillows. The next time I checked in, the mineral water in the room had already been changed to room temperature, and an extra buckwheat pillow was placed on the bed in advance. Even the front desk would proactively arrange a dedicated storage cabinet for the documents I brought, so I didn't have to repeatedly explain. Tianyu Fields International Hotel Xi'an does not disturb you with excessive enthusiasm, but always appears when you need it, which is probably the best service of a hotel. I have been to Xi'an so many times, and I have never changed hotels again.Show more
